Have SAC fair virtual time slots been scheduled/released yet?
Jaden Cloobeck
17:43
How can we continue to be inclusive on behalf of members taking a leave of absence (LOA), especially those in leadership positions?
Rodney Robinson
19:15
Yes, SAC will be notifying clubs this evening.
Katrina McDermott
20:01
if we do not use all our funds this year since our expenses decreased remotely, will they roll over to next year?
akshatan
21:55
When we say not all food is off the table, what kind of food falls under this category?
Rodney Robinson
22:36
Current LOA policies, state students on leave may not participate or hold a leadership position in a registered University organization.
Sarah Beth Gleeson (she/her/hers)
23:27
Are we still using the Common Funding app?
Rodney Robinson
24:42
The only funds a group can rollover is revenue. Allocated money granted from SAC does not rollover.
akshatan
26:04
Funding : Can the money then be used for arranging paid activities online such as games, quizzes or symposiums for students online ? Will that be a valid expense ?
Rodney Robinson
26:15
Yes, the common funding app should still be operation this semester. All funding boards are expected to accept requests.
Rodney Robinson
30:02
If the online activities are relevant to the group's mission, then it could be an approved SAC expense. I would check with your Fin Coord in OSA before spending the funds.

30:22
Thank you Rodney
Rodney Robinson
31:04
oops.....that was 2 responses in one. sorry!
Jaden Cloobeck
31:12
Can we ask for p-cards from SAC, or is that too logistically difficult at this time?
Jaden Cloobeck
33:01
Do we have to use that contact tracing app if we are not in Philadelphia?
Rodney Robinson
33:10
PCards are issued based on the type of expenses groups are making and the frequency. Again, have a conversation with your OSA Fin Coord to decide if the Pcard is appropriate for your group.
akshatan
39:07
Since we spoke about meeting in smaller group, what are your thoughts on members of students meeting another one or two member students on one-on-one basis for coffee or meeting in parks (Frequency ranging from once a week or 15 days) ?

I don’t know if this is the place to ask this but on PennClubs, it gives a time for the SAC Fair Info Session on the club page. Is that our club’s assigned time slot in the virtual fair or will each club participate in all three days of the club fair?
Gabe Marenco-Garcia (he/him/his)
45:30
Yeah, I can drop the link! And I've been doing a lot of resource gathering, so you'll see more content, resources, tips added in the coming days!
